STAIRCASE REMODELING AND HANDRAIL REPLACEMENT WITH INSTALLATION OF WAINSCOTING:
These homeowners hired Creative Ideas Carpentry By Brian Tenney to repair and remodel their original staircase with new stair treads and risers along with the a new staircase railing. They wanted to have the new finish to match their existing laminate flooring. It was found that this staircase had dropped to one side and need some additional work. The entire staircase was releveled, new stair treads and risers, new stair trim, new railing system with a continuing handrail with hardware goes up the wall. Chair rail and wainscoting trim installation on the right wall side as an additional done
as an accent to compliment the front entry area along with the look of staircase. All of the staining, finishing and painting was done by Creative Ideas Carpentry By Brian Tenney.

STAIRCASE AND HANDRAIL REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION:
These homeowners hired us to replace the original staircase and handrail. They wanted to be able to stain their existing staircase but found it was made of only a contractors grade type material. Also it was starting to pull apart. It was then decided to remove everything and install a new staircase made from oak and white pine. The hand rail and box newel posts are made of oak as well. As you can see things really came together very nicely.

With the old staircase removed a new staircase made of oak and white pine was installed. The new installation of the railing system with box newel posts makes a big statement and complements the home very nicely.
